Amy, Thanks for a great webinar and start of a great series.  Lots of good information presented.

I got a good handle on the Tools for Listening (Google Alert, Technorati, Google Blog Search), and Tools for Aggregating (RSS, Google Reader, Net Vibes).  However, I need to get busy and improve my use of the Tools for Sharing (Tags, Delicious, Friendfeed).
